In the first session, we’ll meet and explore your situation to identify your wishes and needs. We’ll talk about what a program can do for you and how we can realize your ambitions. If we both feel good about it, we will design your leadership program together.

You are welcome to visit my workspace in Wageningen. The building was designed and built 70 years ago for a tree researcher at Wageningen University. His name: Dr. B.K. Boom. True story. Here he did research and wrote books, with crackling fire in the background. The building, fire pit and view have been preserved; the trees he planted are now tall and deep-rooted.
